Unhappy where can i buy new interior carpet

i am looking for some new interior carpet does anyone know a shop or storee in ontario here that sells this stuff. my old carpet was crappy and a bit of mildew so i ripped it out and cleaned out the floor. Has anybody done a project to put in new carpet ?? I was thinking of going to fabricland to find something maybe or a homedepot .... than get a heavy duty glue gun to put it all into place. I saw this one the net these guys are in the states.
www.automotiveinteriors.com but that's 135$ US plus shipping pretty expensive. BY the way this is all for a 91 honda civic hatchback. I am also looking to do the centre console from an integra, i know 94 and up fits really nicely into place but what else fits i'm sure the older honda's were all alike in terms of fit, maybe from a 90 and up accord???prelude?? i saw furios had started a thred on it but didn't get to much info where to find this stuff, it's pretty hard to com by. I think when it warm's up a bit i have to take atrip to the junk yard to find out what fit's well

Why don't you add in some vinyl instead? I'm not sure on the costs but when you think of it carpet in cars is kinda dumb...

Just a thought...

true i know carpet always has stuff stick to it and it takes forever to clean it good. I have to see what they have at fabricland i need something durable and strong, i was also thinking of spraying that truck bed spray stuff you can buy at crappy tire, there are a few options but i want to make the car look good and at the same time keep it nice and light. I also and trying to see what to do in the back cause i have the seats out in the back plus it's all gutted Thanks for the insight

vinal on the floor is not a good idea...It'll be slippery and water will just pool up. It rips easy and since it's going on the floors chances of rippage is high! Besides that it'll be so bright (depending on the color) Stick with carpet on the floors, vinal for seats and dashboards.

there are ppl who sell automotive carpet by the yard - ive seen them at some car shows and flea markets like the Barrie automotive flea market held several times a year. You could also try some automotive trim shops or even boat trim shops to see what they have on big rolls. ive also seen an add for a guy in komoka ontario (near london) that sells pre-cut and molded carpets for cars - im pretty sure ive seen his ad in a newspaper called "old autos" - see if you can find a copy at one of the automotive bookstores around.

good luck and good hunting
