want to put a tv in my eg but where?
hey i have a eg hatch and want to get a tv but not sure where i would put it? a in datch tv would be nice but i have a alpine deck taking the one spot . You guys no of any good spots to place a tv in a eg? if soo let me no please thanks u

cool man my buddy just gave me a other idea take out the heat/ac thing and put a indash right there above my deck? im going to be taking out my a/c and heater out any ways but i need defrost not sure if a switch or some thing could be made? what do u think of that? thanks alot

An extra spot for a deck plus a pocket to put stuff in

well i only drive my car in the spring summer but i get your point and its some thing to think about..u think its hard to relocate it under my seat? i was just looking at the jdm console its nice and has that extra spot but for some reson i would still like it beter up higher where my ac unit is thanks kieran...

welll i don't know if this would work but couldn't you put your ac in the jdm audio console and then use the upper space you emptyed out to put the screen in???
i don't know if this would effect it at all because of the switches but its worth asken around to see if anyone has done it.i think that would be your best bet..... other then that just get a screen and put it in the center of your steering wheel hehehe just kidding.

as for relocating your AC unit, it would be difficult to relocate it under your seat because the cool air and hot air is controlled by a cable. If i were to relocate the AC unit under my seat, i would entend all the wiring so it can reach under your seat, then when i feel like changing the hot and cold air, reaching underneath the glove box and just controlling it by there :S a little bit ghetto but it works.
JDMman has the rite idea tho here, it may be alot easier to relocate the ac unit into the JDM centre console, then put the tow decks into the top portion of the dash.

I picked up my centre console for 200 bux on the boards but i have seen cheaper so shop around

no problem man...... i bought mine brand new off ebay. It came up to about 250 in the end. Was worth it to get one with all the parts needed plus instructions. Without those instructions you'll have a hard time. Yeah its true there are alot around for cheaper but obviously because they were used.... watch out and don't buy one off someoen that smokes especialy if you dont smoke.... the ashtray is shot to ****. Personaly i use mine for change.
