Trunk setup pics?

Does anyone have any pics of setups in trunks of 96-00 civic coupe trunks? I want to see what different setups people have in their trunks for subs?

The elemental subs I am looking at getting are designed for a 0.6-1.0 ported box for a ten inch sub. I wanna use the space below my false floor and make a custom fiberglass enclosure for the subs that sorta sits beside the rear seats but doesnt cover that gap. Then i wanna make a amp rack out of fiberglass just above the spare tire. run all wires under the floor which ill redo in black vinyl. I think it would be clean, I would post a pic but I cant draw too well.

yeah its like $120 US for a 12 inch sub. But I think there probably the best sub for that price range on the market. TCC needs to get an official Car audio affiliate

i haven't finished putting the studds in the flaps yet... do that after i completely finish the trunk

How much does that kit cost? I want to do a custom fiberglass enclosure.

After talking to loudsubz I think I am gonna go with 2 12 inch subs and work on pushing them to there max performance. Any ideas on good SPL subs that are either canadian made or are available in Canada.

do the kits come with an enclosure for the subs? or do the subs just sit in a false floor and use the spare tire well as an enclosure, while using silicone or something similar to seal the baffle to the well?

think would costs 300+ my friend helped me get it and he get it at costs... so i get it cheaper

if u r getting 2 12 inches, then the setup will be way diff... there is only 1 12 sub for the ericcson kit... (i think) cuz the amp is still going to mount there...

i'm just using the soundstream psc10.. pretty good i think, at least ok for my needs, i'm not a bass freak

Actually, no, I am going to build the enclosure soon. If you don't build it, it's going to sound crappy, loose bass... too much room for the thing to vibrate

You'll have to get rid of the spare tire cuz there is a box where the amp sits, right on top of the spare tire (btw, mine is a 7th gen coupe)

fiberglass is pricey only in labour costs but if your doing it yourself its not that bad at all. i have a million different designs for civic trunks but no scanner ive done alot of different fiberglass projects i say we go insane on it and custom moterized amp racks have you seen the alpine rsx its insane.
peace

That alpine car is so crazy man, the speakers slide forward and surround you. Too expensive for my tastes though. I was thinking maybe removing the spare and have the amp slide out or flip over in the trunk when the trunk is open or have a switch? I really wanna do a fiberglass enlosure. Next meet we should sit down and talk marty, I saw your drawings last week and I think your ideas are really good and quiet similar to what I want to do. We could organize a whole fiberglass weekend and do our trunks .
