Taking the door trim off

I can't figure out how to take the door panels off. I have a 92-95 civic cx hatch.

Buddy says there should be a pin thing in the window crank. cant find it.
Don't know how to take out the holder thing or the door opener.

HElp???@!!!!

Should be 3 screws and a C clip on the window crank. quite easy if you have a pick or the correct tool for the crank.

just use a rag to get the c-clip off the window crank...its the easiest, fastest and you wont accidentally mar your door panel
