Some interior colour splash?
Hello guys.
I have a 93 coupe, Burgundy (Purple?) with gray interior. I am very tired of the boring looking gray colour and want to colour some stuff. I want to paint the door skins, speaker panels, other plastic pieces, and also thinking of the SEATS.
First of all, what colour should I pic? I was thinking of the same exterior, Burgungy colour. But is a bit hard to find....
And secondly, what do I do with the seats? The 5Gens are quite good looking and I wouldn't wanna change them. I don't know if painting them would be a good idea, since I'm afraid they would stain my cloths over the hot, sweaty days of summer? ( Got no A/C niether..)
So let me know what you think.
Thanks.

I don't think I would ever paint my seats...but if you really wanted to I guess you could use like fabric dye or something. You should just cut along the seams of the fabric that is on your seat now, remove it, but some vinyl (whatever colour u want) and trace the vinyl to the shape of the fabric and cut it, and then sew it back on. I would much rather vinyl wrap my seats than dye them.
Or, you can always go to CT and get some Racing seat covers lol

I have had Racing Covers since last year and they are very good quality. But the problem is the head rest of 5 Gens. Since it goes from the sides, it won't let the covers to fit nicely. It looked very ugly. Anyway, I took the covers off 2-3 days ago and now thinking of accenting them somehow.....
The stiching and stuff.... I don't know. I haven't done it before and am afraid I might mess up the seats.
Don't have money for the nicer seats niether.....
I have a ZEX nitrous kit that I have to sell first...

I have red and black seat cover I bought from pmall, the bottom part looks excellent, very good quality, but the head set, as gatsby pointed out looks ****, they just don't fit. I have to manually adjust them so they won't be displaced.
