Power doors

Well yeah i have a 4dr and thinking about putting an alarm and power locks on it... How much would it cost for the power locks for the motor and **** and would it be possible to do it at home? B/c i konw best buy charges something like $100 for a door, and for 4 doors thats a lot not including the alarm. So i want to know of good prices for the motor and being able to do it at home.

get the power door kit from ebay, sometimes you can get 4 actuators and the necessary relays for around 30-40 dollars

get whatever alarm you want, and you can easily do it yourself

i did my 2 door this summer, the kit cost me 17 dollars plus shipping, i already had an alarm, and it took not long at all to instal

if you can get it done for 50 per door installed, go for it, thats a wicked deal and saves you a LOT of trouble looking for parts and wiring, unless you really like wiring, since you have to pull the wires through some tight spaces for a clean install

yeah but is it good quality... for all you know after havin it installed some dude will brake your window and instead of the alarm going off it will trigger the door lock and open the door for him... im exaggerating a whole lot but sometimes things are cheap because they are made poorly and dont last long.

plus theres alot of good feed back about audio heavens power door locks so you know you'll be getting your moneys worth.

If you want to just buy the actuators I will sell them to you for$12.00 each and our actuators are really good I've used the cheap ones before they seize after a while so make sure you get the slim mount actuators.
