Painting Interior HELP!!!

Hey, I need some help painting the interior of my 92 si Hatch, I think that Martin Gouda had a "How To" that I read a long time ago, but I cant get to it now until the site is back. Can someone please give me the link, or tell me how to do it!!

Thanks,

Shane

well first off all u need the right materials.
paint
adhesion promoter
clear coat
warm soap water

first take out all the pieces
and clean them properly in warm soap water
then wash it off and dry it
then apply about 2 coats of adesion promoter
make shure u leave time inbetween coats
then after its dry then apply thin players of paint about 3 or 4 should do nicely
then after thats dry add clearcoat in thin layers aswell
after everything is done then let it fully dry and then put back the pieces be careful tho cuz u dont want it chipping when u put them back.

I found that a degreaser like simple green works better than soap. Wear powderless latex gloves after you clean so you do not get grease from your hands on your stuff. Also where do you plan on painting, cuz unless your indoors, it is way too cold outside to paint.
