Making custom speaker mounts...

I have to make my own speaker mounts, and I was wondering if someone had some tips on how to do it.
What should I use? (MDF, plexi-glass, ect...)
It has to be able to bend.
Also, how would I go about cutting a round hole, what do I use?

Any tips appreciated, I gotta do this tonite!
Thanks!

mdf..
it absorbs the slight imperfections of an unflush seat..whereas plastic and shyt'll resonate the sound..

why does it have to be bendable?? that's what a wheel is for , (a bench grinder works great on mdf..), to remove the material needed for a nice fit..
just make the spacer a little thicker than what's needed and shave to accomodate the door skin..

jig-saw for cutting holes..

Yeah it's for the stock location in the rear.
The rear panels are kind of curvy, that's why I said I thought it should be able to bend, but i don't know anything about this stuff anyways

So your saying MDF wood?
Where should I purchase that from?

I was at home depot today and the only MDF wood i could find was in huge sheets, and it was already primed and painted white.
Thanks for the input btw

you can buy smaller sheets for like $15 or so, look in the wood isle but in the large wood wall where they have small cuts of the wood youll find it there.

trace old plastic speaker mount in the door, then cut out and then cut the right sized hole in the middle for your driver.

I mean like what should I use to cut it, a saw
Isn't a saw fairly big when working with something pretty small?

Well I finally made them.
My dad brought home this thick bendable plastic from his work for me (he says they put it in their boxes when they ship out the mufflers for Grand am/Grand prix) and it worked really well.
I just traced out the shape I needed on a peice of paper and transferred it on to the plastic. I use a jigsaw to cut it (thanks Si Veloz) and this huge round drill bit to drill the hole where the speaker rests in. Anyways, it's nice to finally have rear speakers, thanks for all your help it's much appreciated.
