Glue on tinting

The guy that sold me my car stuck for sale signs on my rear-side windows, which left crap all over the tinting. Is there anyway to get it off without ruining the tinting?

windex has ammonia in it.

it's recommended against using it in the tint..

yeah, anything with ammonia in it is a no-no on tint.

I would try heating it up with something that aint too hot (blow dryer, out in the sun, ect..) and using vinegar and water. You can also try with a blade if you are very careful not to mess up the tint.
