i just got a kenwood mp3 deck installed 2 weeks ago.
yesterday, the screen keeps going off...
i checked all the fuses and they are all fine, but everytime i pull out the back up fuse under the hood for 2 seconds, the screen will start working again... then it's gonna stop after 2 minutes

clean the metal contacts on the faceplate and on the deck itself and make sure they are making solid contact together...

^^ i tried that already and i tried changing the fuse...
i'll just exchange my deck tomorrow

does the screen go off or does the whole radio turn off?? cuz if the radio works but the screen doesn't turn on...u shouldn't need to change your fuses cuz your radio is getting power...
