connecting horn, and deck problem

Guys, I just installed my momo steering wheel, but don't know how to install horn. My wheel and hub come with the appropriate wiring. I read a few threads saying that u connect the wheel wires to the hub wires to make the horn work? I haven't tried this, and don't really understand how this would work without directly connecting wires to my horn. please help

also, my pioneer deck has volume problems... while a cd is playing, the volume fluxtuates. can someone help? thanks

You have to splice into the OEM horn wires at the wheel.... the horn button on the momo wheel closes the circuit by grounding the ground wire.
