Cluster stoped working

Cluster stoped working
i have an after market cluster in my 99 hatch, the brand is Euro Lite, and 2 days ago it the lights kept on going on and off , and yesterday it just went out, now it doesnt work at all....
could it be wiring issue?
they burnt out?
