box size?
is there any benifit to having a larger box? i have to 2 10"s in a huge box. and i want to make tow seperate pods for my hatch. would doing this be of any benifit to me other than trunk space?
the company say's 0.6 cubic feet is recomonded.

Fibreglass is not that hard it can be a pain and time consuming. Your best bet sounds like a combo of MDF and FG.

Most of the time the manufacturers give you a range of box size to play with.
I know in JL's manual they have a couple different box setups for their woofers, Db, Normal, Purist etc.
Usually the larger the box, the low the bass will play, making it sound more natural. You gotta play around and see if you want to compromise with a smaller box and see how it sounds.
