Question AUX Lighting

Heya guys,
just wondering what would be the best way to power some interior auxilary lights. I have two 12" neon tubes for under the dash, two licence plate neons for under the seats, and two led spot lights for shining on my subs. i want to runn all of these to one switch and a set of strobes to another. what is the best way to get the power to these lights???
seperate fuse panel?
any suggestions?

I'd run a seperate fuse and relay so that you cant accidently leave the lights on when the key is off.
