Audio Noise?

I currently have a system in my car and i'm running 2 amps to the back of the hatch...my problem is that everytime I rev my engine or accelerate I hear a whining sound coming from the speakers. Originally, I thought it was the RCA wiring (the wires ran beside the power wire), so, I changed the wires to the opposite side of the car and the same problem is occurring...Can anyone help?

Make sure your ground wire is secure and in a good spot, Try under the back seat attached to your seatbelt anchor.

Both grounds for the amps are grounded on the rear bolt to hold the rear seat in place...you know what i mean?

You can also try an RCA short (i think thats what its called) when all you do is plug in one side of the RCA to the other side of the RCA, and if you notice the noise then its not the RCA's. ILl try and find a link.
