Anyone ever used this dash trim kit?

Has anyone ever used this stuff? Just wondering if it's any good or if it's a waste of money. I was looking to get a black kit so the trim can match the centre console.

If this kit is no good, any suggestions? Thanks.

Dash Kit

if you want to change the colour, take off what you want painted and paint it.... i'm not sure what the best paint would be, but it wouldn't be too hard, thats for sure.

hahah yeah the halos were along with euro tails were one of the things i first got for my car when i was in that stage.... i sold the euros awhile back and bought some red/clear ones..... but i kept the halos... i think they look sick.... id rather try to look like a bmw then an altezza.. lol...
plus i worked hard wiring up a switch to the halos that would look stock on my dash... looks awesome.....

vinyl stckers on a dash is a bad idea, you are better off saving money to buy a real dash kit.

I've had that paint on my dash for about 2 years now, and there have been noo problems... not one... no chiping, no bubbling, no fading.... even the high traffic area like the handle on the door (the one that's attached to the power window switches), no chips there either......

As long as you thoroughly clean and sand the surfaces before you prime, paint, then clear coat, then you won't have a problem....

get that paint that sticks well to plastic... i totally forget waht the name is, but it bonds to plastic on a molecular level, so it doesn't wear off or scratch/chip off...

someone help me out here...

Are you talking about Krylon paint? they're designed for plastic.
