Looking for someone to do a simple car alarm install in exchange for a lunch / few beers / few bucks.

Not interested in going to a shop since it will cost more than the alarm itself (getting a used alarm).

Please let me know if you can do the install... nothing fancy (no remote start, etc.).

installing a car alarm yourself isnt really for te average DIY'er
it takes a lot of time and more knowledge of electronics than most people have

i highly doubt anyone is willing to do this for you. i strongly suggest you give audio heaven, selective sound or lockdown a call. whichever is closer to you.

all of their prices are pretty much the same and they all do excellent work and back it up.

I truly agree. Do not let a someone with very little experience install a car alarm. Leave it to the professionals as it will be better for you.

Not only do you risk the chance of a rookie blowing something but the alarm may cause you problems down the road.

If I were you I would give jeff at audoheaven a call. I just got my alarm installed by him. I am very happy with his service and work. Some of my friends did it through him too and we all share the same opinion about audio-heaven. thanks to jeff for all his effort and good service.
