Alright, here's the final resolution.
It's so annoying going back and forth to Mississauga (my parents place) to show people my wife's Prelude. So what I've decided to do is let people make legit offers. I'll listen to them as long as they are nothing rediculous. BUT PLEASE DON'T WASTE MY TIME NEGOTIATING IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CASH READY THAT DAY. I have the papers ready so people can take the car on the spot if they want. Again, OFFERS ARE BEING ACCEPTED WITHIN REASON......











-as is (e-tested and certified in May '06)

-111 000 on engine swap (from Japanese Motors in Etobicoke.. have the receipt for it)

Yes, the price is negotiable... but I will not waste my time anymore bargaining over the phone/ on line just to have people not show up.

If your'e serious, I already have the "for sale package" from the DMV so the car can be taken on the spot if you want.........
