Up for sale is my 1992 honda civic si hatch, it currently has 231,000kms on the body and 130,000 on a slightly built D16z6 motor

engine:

the current motor as stated is a d16z6, it has an AEM true time adjustable cam gear, cold air intake (not the short ram one), viberant 4-2-1 header, new spark plug wires, msd ignition coil (unknown which one and not currently hooked up) highflow cat with 2.5" cat back exhaust with an obserdly large can.
the only bad thing with the motor i can point out is it ticks, i was told that it is the valve clearance, i was gonna do a swap so i never looked into fixing the problem, the car also has a new rad in it, clutch masters stage 1 clutch, B&M fuel guage, transmission has a phantom grip LSD installed

suspension:

AGX 4 way adjustable shocks with B&M springs
front and rear upper strut mounts
rear lower tie bar
front lower sway bar

Brakes:

stock all the way around with stanless brake lines

wheels:

16" primax rims with 205/45r16 rubber (3/32nds remaining)

exterior:

black rust free hatch just installed from scrappers
black housing projector head lights with black housing corner lenses
stock other than listed mods, the body has very little rust on it, underneither is very clean and rot free the quarters are the only thing that need any attention, the windshield is cracked and needs replacing to pass a safety
car has jdm wing, its slightly larger than the stock one

interior:

2001 integra special edition dash, front and rear seats and center consol, the guage reads 320,000kms and is fully functional, the door panels are civic panels and just need a lil touching up and re-glueing to be complete, car also has short throw shifter with momo shift ****, interior is very clean and sharp looking

new parts:

the car has new pass side ball joint and wheel bearing, also as mentioned above brand new rad and also had coolant flush done

the bad:

now for the bad as stated before car needs a windshield to pass safety
the car also needs quarter work and obviously paint

i am not looking for test pilots as my insurance doesnt cover it but i have no problem taking someone for a ride and maybe letting them test it in a parking lot if they are serious i also have a wide variety of stock parts i can throw in like stock head lights and stock wing, stock front struts, 4 new stock springs


i also have reciepts for just about everything done to this car from 1997 to now for anyone who wants to continue adding their reciepts to it as they built it

Location:
the car and all parts are located in orillia but for a serious buyer i can drive to meet or drop off as the car is still insured and on the road and i attend college in toronto so i drive down there everyday and can make a car change and drive the civic down for anyone interested in meeting up and seeing it
