Hey guys, I'm selling my black 2000 Honda Civic Sir. This car has been nothing but great since I bought it.. and i'm only selling b/c our new condo only provides 1 parking spot.

It's been very well maintained (full synthetic oil changes every 4000 km's, and only OEM replacement parts used)... only premium gas.

Has always been COMPLETELY stock with the exception of a weighted Skunk2 shift ****, and drop-in K&N air filter. The body has NO rust and is in good condition for it's age.. washed and waxed regularly.

Sir has power EVERYTHING, locks,mirrors,windows,moon/sun roof,steering and 4 wheel disk brakes.. cruise control, comes with stock SIR wheels and black steelies with winter rubbers.. has an Alpine alarm with keyless entry.

It won't need anything for Cert/Safety, will pass both easily... here's a list of a few things, recently done by Honda dealer...

-New Radiator, and coolant flush
-Valve adjustment
-Compression test (normal results)
-Oil and filter change (synthetic)
-All new brakes(brembo blanks, Hawk pads)
