91 civic k20
For sale is my project car, a 1991 civic Si with a perfectly running K20A2. It is painful but it must be done. Here is the breakdown:
Motor:
'03 K20A2 w/approx. 58K. 6 speed transmission. HASport mounts, STR fuel rail, steel braided fuel lines, AEM fuel filter, B&M pressure regulator w/ gauge, CAI, Fluidyne rad, new custom axles, and a custom 3" header out a complete maganaflow 3" exhaust system. A tuned Hondata K Pro ECU controls it.
Suspension
Koni Yellows with Neuspeed Race springs, camber kits, 1.6 EL rims with Toyo Proxes 4 tires, SIR brakes front & rear with Hawk pads. All parts have less than 2k on them.
The Car Itself
No rust, professionally fixed and repainted orange. The bumpers and upper panels are red... The hood is flat black and has been modified to accept the K.
Inside is pretty clean, CRX dash & door panels are in there with an RSX cluster. All is wired up correctly. It has a viper pager alarm with auto door locks that is quite nice. Tranny shifts perfect. Has an aftermarket fuel gauge and A/F ratio gauge. Sunroof doesn't leak, no seat tears, etc. Small stereo exists with an alpine deck and new speakers.
Damage
Yesterday after work I backed it into a dumpster. The rear right corner is hit, and to properly fix it the quarter panel will have to be replaced. Car has no structural damage though, still drives straight as an arrow.
Overall:
The Good
FAST car… TORQUE is something I had yet to experience from a Honda. Freshly tuned motor... lots of fun for a long time. Quite unique, there are only a handful of k swapped cars around and this is the only EF civic that I know of.
Good body, good brakes, tons of brand new parts.
The Bad
Damage… Not very appealing to the eye.
Reason For Selling:
Its always about the green.
Pricing:
$6800. Car is currently my daily driver, I am in no rush to sell. This is a very expensive swap and I feel that this is a great deal. I am losing $ here but I am willing to cut my losses and get out. My prices are pretty well firm; lowballing is an insult so please don't do it. I can reduce the price by removing items such as K Pro, the rims/tires, etc. I am not willing to do any parting out.
In all honesty, the car runs perfect. Local pros including ***-notik, Gilman Auto, & Phantom Car Audio know the car. You can contact them for any verification. Serious inquires only, no test pilots please, and Thanks for looking.
