Car was owned previously by my parents and I took ownership in 2006.
Car is in great running condition.
No accidents.
Originally from BC, so has only experienced 4 winters in Ontario.
Engine changed on July 2010. Engine from a 2003 civic.
Regular oil changes with factory recommended intervals.
Rust proofing done in 2007 and 2009.
Passed emission Oct 2009.

Standard features are;

* Power windows, power and heated side mirros, and power door locks.
* Factory key-less entry, alarm, and immobilizer.
* Cruise control.
* Air Conditioning.
* 4 Honda steel rims with Honda wheel covers, comes with 2 winter tires (used for 1 season) and 2 all season tires.

Aftermarket additions;

* Eibach Sportline Springs, lowered the car by 1.5 inches all around.
* Canister style exhaust installed but will come with factory exhaust.
* 16 inch white 6 spoke rims with Toyo Proxes 205 50 R16 v-rated. Tires have camber wear but are good for another season or two.
* Mugen front lip
* Hood deflector
* Pioneer DEH-P5100UB cd/mp3 player (with 2 USB and 1 aux), direct control to iphone & ipod.
* Infinity 6.5 front speakers, Infinity 10 inch sub with ported box, and bazooka amp.
* Tinted windows all-around.
* Factory all-season front floor mats.

Cons
-SRS (seat belts) , and DRL (day time running lights) warning lights are lit on the dashboard.
-Left side of the dashboard is dimmer, though still visible at night.
-Shocks and struts might need to be changed depending on ride preference.
-Minor scrapes on left side to front and rear bumpers
