2000 Honda Civic Si - $5000

I have a 2000 Honda Civic Si for sale, in Other - Ontario.
Mileage: 134,000km
Engine Size: 1.6L
Asking price is $5000
2000 Civic Si, silver, 134,000 km, fully powered options, very clean, gs-R leather front seats (like new condition), SiR wheels, both inside and out very clean car.
Will be sold with a spare motor, the stock motor has blown piston rings in cylinder #1 and i picked up a rebuilt 2000 d16y8 block, but just dont have anymore money or time to have the car fixed. everything else is mint on the car, it runs, so you can hear it running but compression on cylinder #1 is 50 psi, and can have it tested right infront of potential buyer to ensure it is only one cylinder. rest of the cylinder are as follows:
Cylinder #2: 200 psi
Cylinder #3: 190 psi
Cylinder #4: 200 psi
its a pretty straightforward fix, (take off old block, insert new block) and the shell is MINT! im not willing to sell for less than $5000, considering i am providing the rebuilt block which cost me $627.30 reciept provided.
pictures will be provided to serious, potential buyers. please dont waste my time, ek's this clean are hard to come by with this low km. underbody is mint, no rust whatsoever
