Selling my 1999 Blk Honda Civic SE 5 Spd Manual

2nd owner. Car was purchased 5 years ago certified from Richmond Hill Honda and has been babied since. Car currently has 239000 km. Car exterior is mint, or as mint as an 11 year old car can be. Car has been rust proofed for the last 5 years. Interior has been kept completely stock. Engine still pulls very strong. Brakes recently changed, timing belt and water pump have been changed. Car has been lowered 1.5 inches on tein springs. Car includes 2 sets of headlights, OEM and blacked out. Includes both OEM chrome grill and type R grill. Includes changed Sony headunit as well.

Clutch on the car needs to be replaced and currently can not be driven. Prior to the clutch going, the car started to overheat on occasion. Brought to my mechanic and he "thinks" it's the headgasket. Also, transmission has started to grind in first.

This is as honest of an analysis of my car that I can give. Understand that if you choose to purchase the car, it will require these fixes. However, the car has been priced with these issues in mind and is priced to sell as is.
