Engine and Transmission:
-Jdm B16A: Oil changes every 3000-4000 kms. Timing belt,water pump & tensioner done at time of swap. head gasket changed also.Motor runs flawlessly. No oil burning. Nothing but 91 & 94 Octane gas used.I bought the motor with 72xxx kms. Currently has 121xxx kms

Valve cover gasket & groumets, oil pan gasket, distributor o-ring gasket, vtec solenoid gasket, front upper contols arms and passenger side drive shaft. That's all preventative maintainance. All genuine honda parts used. I have the receipts to prove.

I Originally bought this car as a shell with no motor. I've invested well over $10,000 in the almost 2 years i've owned this car. I can show that price breakdown for a serious buyer. That being said, I think my price is more than reasonable for the amount of stuff you get. I'm selling because I'm getting out the game and need a larger car. Whoever buys gets a package deal.
