Could be a good winter beater or a parts car

It was my first car and my baby, I took very good care of it, got anything wrong fixed immediatly and rigoursly changed the oil.

Drove this daily until January 2009 when I got a new car.

Car turns on, engine runs good, I tested it just today(December 10th/09). However problem is the car needs an alternator so in its current shape you cant really drive it, as the engine needs an a electricity source. Your going to have to tow it to a shop or to your house.

The New:
- New windshield (2008)
- New Oil Pressure Sensor (2009)
- New Water Pump (2008)
- New Thermostat (2009)
- New Timing Belt (2008) [Has about 50,000km on it]
- New Timing Belt Cover (2008)
- New Oil Pan and Gasket (2008)
- Heater Blower Motor (2008)

Body Condition:
- Overall pretty good
- Rust in the usual areas (ie: Wheel Wells, Hatchback)
- Small Rust patch on rear hatch
- Paint on the hood is pealing

The Good:
- Great on Gas
- Engine Still Runs Good
- Tranmission still is perfect
- Heater Works
- Body was undercoated
- Body is is decent shape (Not mint by any means)

The Not so good
- Driver and Passenger Seats have Tears (Just put on seat covers)
- Could use new brakes pads
- Driver Seat has rust so you cant slide it backwards and forwards (This could easily be fixed but I didnt since it was the perfect position for anyone average height)
- Glove Compartment stays in place but the brakets need to be replaced or just glued back, when you open the glove compartment it falls down
- One of the running lights needs a new bulb, however the actual lights for driving at night work perfect
- Heater has 4 speed settings, Only setting 3 and 4 work (You can get the other 1 and 2 back if you just grab a heater control chip from the junk yard)

What it needs:
- Alternator
- Driver Side Bearing
- Axel replacement (Front Right)
- Tie Rods (Front Left and Right)

This is not the perfect car, she needs some work but the important stuff(ie engine/tranny) all work great. For the price I'm asking you'll get a reliable car.

I originally wanted 700, but with christmas coming up i need moeny for gifts, so I'm willing to accept 400 Or Best Offer, I always wanted to restore her but never got the time, my loss is your gain.
