an fmu is a really cheezy and unreliable way of keeping your mixture right. And yes they do screw up every now and again. When they do, they do it in a big way. Either spend the money now on an afc or spend much more later on a new engine.

Who ever wrote about upgrading your ignition, is wrong...

you do not need to upgrade to an msd ignition box, or someting like an SS blaster coil...

the stock D series ignition IS okay up to like 300whp or higher from what i have seen, example> check out set ups on turbod16.com.

the only thing you will need is a 2 step colder plugs...don't bother with the ignition stuff..useless..unless ur running MAJOR power (>300)..

I think I am going to got for a AFC with the injectors.

no it won't just plug into the injectors, you have to wire it up

you should really try doing some research before you blow your motor up

http://www.honda-tech.com/zerosearch

that will guide you to everythign, search the FOrced Induction Forums, and archived threads...

turbod16.com will help you as well, there is a forum specifically for what kind of Set ups people run...

and remember, you say you can't afford a hondata...remember this

you can only have 2 of the 3

1.reliability
2.power
3.cheap

goodluck!
