what do i need to rebuild my engine exept type r pistons and rings ? ........is it safe move or beter go in b16a2 vti ? (my eng is b16a 150 hp )........can compretion with out help from cams help performances ? .........

Yes compression helps perf.

Main seal, freeze plugs, bearings, rings, gaskets, lotsa plastigauge, new oil pump, water pump, valve seals, springs... lots more!!! You should prolly try to find a rebuild kit, or maybe just let a professional handle it.

hone the cylinders at least .25 mm over to ensure roundness and go with oversized pistons and rings. you wanna replace as many things as possible during a rebuild.

bottom end kits and head gasket/seal kits are available.

You'll be honing for a while to get .25mm over. I think you meant boring to .25mm over.
