If your engine sounds noisey with a ticking or chattering... perhaps it's time for a valve adjustment.. You can take it to any garage and they should know how to do it... If not.. just take it to a Honda dealership.

Yeah noisy valves are a sure sign you need an adjustment. You should do it every 24000 km's.

It sounds like a trivial thing guys but trust me on this one.. Valve adjustments are important and should be done routinely!!!

Ever see a 1980 Z28 Camaro done up for racing (10 second car) with nitrous blow a 355cid motor because the valves aren't working properly and she hadn't been tuned in awhile? Push all the rods and parts out the bottom of the oil pan and leave a 1/4 km of oil and crap on the QEW?

OverKill <------- was the owner of that car

Get it done!

Regards,
OK

Dude take advanatge of your club membership and go to Rick at RT. He does valve adjustments on B-series motors just about everyday.

No.. I meant.. Might as well bring it to the track.. Since I have two other cars that are going that I'll have to do on the spot..
