true coilovers

hey just signed up today, and i got a question about coilovers

I have a set of coil over springs on stock shocks lowered about 3¼ inches, this wasn't ment to be a long term thing, but sorta ended up being so, anyways both front shocks are leaking which i knew would end up happening SO now im looking for a true coilover/shock kit and wondering how much i should be expecting to pay, not tryin to get the best brand here, just somthing with thick stiff springs, and shocks that will be able to perminatly handle the 3 inch drop without problems, i care not about ride quality, stiffer the better so uhh ya..

how much would i be lookin at for that, i found a set of tanabe sustec pro s-s still in the box for $750 USD wondering if thats a good deal or not - goin onto a '00 SiR

anyways any help would be great thx
