Trouble with oil pressure guage...

I've read the damn instruction book like 30 times and I still don't get it. Where would I hook up the end off the tube so my guage would read how much psi the oil has? I got the machanical one not the electric guage. The one I have has the tube that u hook up to read the psi. Where would the end of that tube go? The instructions said to put it in the tee fitting between the oil sender light. Where the hell is this oil sender light?

You will need a tube compression fitting to attach the vinyl tube to T compression fitting. The instructions should be stating that the oil source would be the stock oil pressure sending unit which is located in the back side of the engine. Install a T-fitting between there and run the compression tube fitting off there to get a pressure reading.

It's a fitting kinda next to your oil filter on the back of the block, you unscrew that, you put in a replacement fitting M10x1.0 and you run a line to the firewall with a tee, on which you hook up the stock sensor and from the other end run a line to the inside where the gauge is. IMO - sell it and get an electric one - you'll have to do all the same isht, but at least you won't deal with plumbing inside your car. Or just mount the gauge under the hood.
