Lukas is the best stuff, you will be surprised how clean the inside of the engine is if you have any reason to pull the rocker cover off

lucas is the shizl (for lack of a better word) however you can used regular engine oil in your tranny that's what i use, i got mobil1 syn. in there works way better than conventional MTF or 5-30

however use any engine oil will work..

good luck

so disregard everythign stated hear from these newbs

you want this in yoru setup

engine: mobile 1 (if yoru cheap) or motul (if your not a cheap ***)

tranny you want Gm synchromesh (best tranny fluid out their)

or get the same thing at higher price from bm...bm synchroshift

Gm synchromesh is the best and is cheap...ams oil has had issues and lucas is for old motors and is not good for you motor...it's for old high clearance engines it's liek glue so it tighten's up the clearances on all the seals and bearing and rings yada yada...
