swap question

i have an auto civic ex 1993 ...and i dont wanna hassle of going to manual...i was thinking of getting the d16z6 or d16y8 ( Si motors) with an auto tranny...how much would a such engone cost...and install?

Any gains will be lost in the auto tranny... don't waste your money.

so ur saying my sis' 1.6el auto is just as slow as my car? i dont think so....

not true, he will still gain the 20+ hp or so from going with the swap.

If you wana stick with auto its not bad at all.

ohh sorry as for price, I bought my engine for around $550 its a 98 Y8 engine, and labour for the swap ranges from $300-1000. I paid $900 for my labour because I got a conversion as well.
