Topics been covered a dozen times before.

do some research. the least you could do is tell us what you want out of your suspension.

For your bone stock car, spend money on pads and tires first.

what are the rules for solo sprint????

Koni Sport shocks and whatever springs the series allows. Energy Susp bushings all around. Best tires, best pads you can afford.

Thats a broad topic. What area are you running in? How competetive do you want to be? If you want to be cometetive, how competetive would you be in a stock, street prepared or SS class? If you wanted to play at a lower budget, stick with a set of pads like Hawk HP plus and get a good set of shocks that arent adjustable. Pick up some bilstein sports or HD's. Bbarbulo can probably help better with that area than me regarding the shocks. Also for the cost look at swapping out front and rear sway bar bushings to Poly U. Any adjustable shock will bump you up a category if I'm not mistaken. Then as soon as you add springs you'll get hit again. If youre not looking at being competetive and just want to have fun, just put your car together the way you want it. Food for thought. If you dont care too much, and just want a decnt setup, you can look into the full coilover vs. Koni/ eibach setup for a few days solid, and drive yourelf nuts like many people have. Good luck man, Ryan
