What engine do you have?
You will need injectors, and a fuel pump for sure, but you most likely won't need low comp pistons unless you have a high comp engine to start with, or you plan to run high boost on a large compressor.

no you dont have to buy the pistons, but the fuel pump will help. also - i would upgrade your injectors to 330cc or larger.

i am running a jrsc on my stock type R. tuning is everything.

No need for injectors, you will need a fuel pump, adjustable regulator, different map sensor (for boost) and a whole lot of tuing. Been there done all that. If you want you can pm me and I can go through it with you, I put one in my car and ironed out all of the wrincles. hope that helps, I put a 15 psi pulley on my car also. I had one made, jacson only makes an 8 psi pulleys

.
