Stupid DX

I bought a 1990 Dx about 3-4 months ago and is in the process of being built up...So me and my friend take it up and down the streets but no where big or populated because she has no plates or anything...BUTT the problem is often enough she has troubles starting it will take me as much as 4 times to start...Let me continue. I let him drive the car cuz he's my man roll dawg and he goes to stop and turn around and he stalls (s/p?) but it was not big or anything it was a "small" one he hits back chills for a second tries to light her up and she wont start for a minute then starts again...This civic never starts properly!!!!!...What do you guys think the problem is?..alot of people are saying its Wires and Rotor

Check the Rotor, Distributor Cap, Ignition Wires and Spark Plugs.
Most likely, its one or more of these....
