i just noticed recently that whenever the steering wheels is turned slightly left or right there is some sort of a rubbing sound. everything is stock. i did notice that when i push down on the front driver side it squeaks a little and nothing on the passenger side. Base on this could it be the springs? would bad springs cause some other parts to rub? turing slowly ( approx 5km/hr) you can hear it but if driving normally and i make a turn i do not hear it. this possibly is because of the noisy driving conditions that is louder than the sound itslef.

driving performance seems to be fine still but that sound caught my attention

any input is appreciated. its a 93 cx

do u have oem springs or aftermarket?

I think a little bit of WD40 might do the trick, but where to squirt it, I have no idea... I don't know much about suspension

jack the car up.. tug on the wheel from 12 and 6 and 9 and 3. see if the wheels wiggles a bit. If it does.. check where its coming from. Also visually inspect some of your components
