for ground control search honda-tech.com

They are loved on their for the fact of lifetime warranty and custom spring rates for 100lbs to 1000lbs and everything in between

i ordered a set of H&R race springs, i was thinking of selling them and buying ground control coils.... i dont know what i should do because im not sure if the H&R's 2.5 and 2.25 in the rear will be low enough

H&R race springs vs. GC coils.......

the GC's will go to 3", but I don't know of any shock (coilovers included) that will still give you a good ride and performance that low, so it will be a looks only thing.

But H&R Race vs GC...GC easy. infact, any spring vs GC its GC easy for the pure fact of customized rates and even spring length too.

and yup, GC = Eibach ERS springs

when i intially purchased my eg, i lowered it using GC's and it gave the car a crazy low look, especially on 13's lol... looked sick, but the ride was crap, extremely stiff.... i would NEVER trade look for ride comfortability again... especially with a daily driver...

but it looked sick:
