removing an exhaust

removing an exhaust

hey guys, i wanna take my exhaust off and was wondering what i need to do. (axle-back only)


if anyone can give me a couple of tips and things to look out for that would be great.

Some jackstands to lift the car up , probably get a can of liquid wrench cuz the bolt at the flange is probably rusted to hell. if you can't get the bolts off might need a propane torch or something to heat it up. Otherwise its just a few bolts and the hangers and it should come off.

I usually just end up grinding the heads of the bolts off, They are so rusted on, its usually the only way. Then go to crappy tire and pick up an exhaust bolt kit for a couple bucks

do exactly what monsoon said or else its just a pain getting those bolts off, i made that mistake when i put my axel back exhuast and ended up braking the bolts in half anyway
