I have to say:
The hardest part about this or any Honda brake/susp swap is gonna be those damn bolts seized into the bushings.
I was very unlucky with my swap cuz the LCA, compensator arms, lwr shock bolts were all seized on both sides.
Just something to keep in mind.

from what i have found out, the SIR mc should bolt right up and work better than yours, but the type R has a bigger mc but needs modification to bolt in properly

My question is if the USDM SI prop valve is teh same as the SIR prop valve, or would this have an effect on the ABS system i have?

You got to be specific on the car... the guy above you has an EF. SIR is only for EK.

Man the more I research the more confusion. I am considering buying the full GSR front and rear swap of someone on the board. Its going into a 99 Sedan. Swap comes with everything from a 2001 GSR bb/mc, all the control arms, break lines, ebrak cables, spindels...etc.

So I have read that you can use the GSR E-brake cables, but now someone said that you shouldn't. Which one is it? Also would I require any other parts if I will be doing the fronts as well? I know I still need a Prop valve from a Canadian SIR since I have ABS. Are the front Rotors on the GSR that much bigger or not really worth it? I run 14" steelies in the winter and I am hoping that won't cause any problems.

I know a lot of questions, but what can I say I like to research a lot before buying anything.
