Really Hot Dizzy

ok heres my new prob. I'v figgerd out that my dizzy is getting way too hot and it stops sparking! As anyone heard of this or knows why it might be happening? Or how to fix it? Its a bran new dizzy that iv had for about 2 months tops, its been working fine till about 4 days ago! if anyone could help me out on this, that would be sooo sweet.

jerr go to where ya got it find out there warranty and ask them what they think it may be.

do you get it some where that specializes in them (like a rebuld place)
maybe return it grab another from them and see if it does this again.

not really much to a dizzy. maybe a bad coil?

:S I hope the guy remembers me i payed cash (cheeper that way) but i didnt really get any kind of warranty.

well if the guy remembers you let him know your issues your having with his product. if he stiffs you all you can really do is give him a bad rep. IMO


i would keep searching cause might not even be the prolem. dont wanna go thru all the probs and it aint the problem.

Iv gone thu the list of stuff that could be wrong and its the dizzy for sure its getting to hot then not giving any spark! Thanx for your help tho, im going to keep searching around as well.

distributor melt down :caused by internal coil over heating
