question about adjustable shocks
i was wondering if i get adjustable shocks and lowering springs.. will i be able to drop my car for the summer and when winter time comes.. adjust the shocks and put my car back to stock height
also, is coil-overs a better way to go?

Nope, adj shocks are just for damping and rebound, some have little collars you can take out or put in for ride hight, but it's a whole re-install to do that. If you want height adjustability, you need coilovers.
I'm not sure why all you guys in the city need height in the winter, Jeez I live in the great white North and have been driving on a 2.5 inch lowering for years, you don't even get snow down there!!!
