Hi i have a 93 Civic with a b18c and i am going all motor. I only have basic mods right now I/H/E but plan to do more after my ecu is up grated...

I AM ONLY RUNING A SOHC P28 ECU RIGHT NOW......
QUSTION: WHAT OPTION SHOULD I GO WITH? OR DO I HAVE ?

- HONDATA ?
- OTHER?

***Please help me spend wisely***

Also would it be wise to change my intake manifold because of Secondarys ???

THANKS ALOT FOR YOUR TIME

I have pretty much the same setup as you but am running a P06 chipped and tuned with the appropriate maps.

Is your ECU running the stock P28 program? If it is, chip it to the appropriate B-series map ASAP. Scott93SiHB I believe has chipped many computers.

Cheaper Route: Wideband O2 Dyno Tuning with Uberdata or Chrome or similar software.

More Expensive Route: Wideband O2 Dyno Tuning with Hondata

As for your manifold swap to get rid of the secondaries, its really up to you but the secondaries do hurt your power a bit up top. If the car is street driven there shouldn't be that much difference unless you drive around @8000rpm all the time. People have been known to tie them open permanently or change to another manifold.

Skunk2 has their new pro series manifold out which has gotten some decent reviews, as well as their original design. There is also BLOX,JG Edelbrock and a few other manifolds out there manufactured for the GSR head.

P28 is like the universal ECU.. runs the H22 so well.

You can setup an RPM switch to open up the secondaries.
