cuz ppl can tell a mile away that you "souped up" an auto car.... ppl who know can recognize the sound of an automatic tranny from around the corner. It's just bad... there is no technical resoning behind it

i would not recommend this........at all......cause like bbarbulo said
it is quite easy to tell....even for amatuers......and plus when u park at a walmart or something and ppl are like wow nice civic...and come up to ur car to check the interior and realize it'z auto......they'll be like......ewwwaaaa and run away.......that'z the only thing stopping me from getting a performance muffler as of now........either i'm waiting till i get the money for a swap.....or conversion.....or i'm savin up and buying a whole new car all together and selling the one i have

really, if a guy/girl wants to soup up an automatic car so be it, we are not the judge of what they can/cant do.

If you have the money and want to spend it go for it man.

no exhaust for me, most ppl get exhausts for the sound and not for the final free flowing componet after the headers and intake and other bolt ons , eh, not really into the whole fart can exhaust thing ne ways

as a side note, I plan to run no muffler in my exhaust, just a cat and 2 long resonators. it should sound very nice and not be loud at all, prolly quieter than the Flowmaster on my Saturn.

What's the advantage of having no muffler but 2 resonators? Better flow?

A&J Racing has a sick JDM setup on their EK coupe and its automatic. It maybe sound like **** with the Type-1 Racing exhaust with an auto tranny, but everything else makes up for that.

Check this link out:

OK.... OK.... I gotta admit bbarbulo, the automatic B18 kinda ruins it, but I still wouldn't mind pimpin' that ride.

I know most of the guys at A&J and I know that they wouldn't fix up a car like that without something to show or prove.
