Does a Performance muffler like a Ractive Exhaust... would it decrease gas mileage or increase gas mileage????

More likely decrease gas mileage... but it may remain the same. Alot of ppl just start pushing the gas more to hear the exhaust...

I have also heard that it increases your gas mileage. Someone must know the answer behind this.

well, it makes sense that it would increase if you were driving the same. The idea is that it makes your exhaust system more effecient, (the downside is cost and sound), but if you end up pushing the car harder you might get worse millage..

You can pretty much pick up tips for mufflers at any performance shop. CT carrys a variety of tips to suit your needs and style. I would recommend checking our affiliates for their selection.

intake + exhaust=slightly better gas mileage in my case, weird. My car is automatic so I didn't drive it hard and still don't. If your driving style doesn't change, neither should ur gas mileage really
