I was just wondering what are the best power adders for a B16.
Turbo and nitrous is out of the subject.(tryin to keep it cheap and relible). Was thinking of cams header gears pullies. What else would b good. Thank you

Trying to keep it cheap? Well, the first thing to ask yourself is, what's your budget? and if this is gonna be a long term project, or if you just wanna dump a bundle of cash on it at one time.

any type of CAI will do, a header, and a free flowing cat back system is good for starters.

after that, head into some mild internals such as an upgraded valvetrain from a Type R (based on a limited budget).

oh and while you're at it, get a better clutch and lighter flywheel, it'll do wonders in freeing up parasitic loss

take the advice from above....first thing, your car needs to breath better. buy a CAI (cold air intake), headers, and a cat-back exhaust....IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT. these alone will cost $900+.

after this do internal upgrades.....throttle body, cams, ECU chips, etc.

internal work would be blue printing, Port polish, boring, re-sleving, valve/piston/rods/springs upgrades. those are intrnals aswell as cams but yes these are much more expensive and will leave your car off the road while there are being done

Yep go for the basic I/E/H combo then get into the ITR (or Toda/Jun if you have the dough) valvetrain + cams.
