neuspeed springs

hey guys one of my friends knows sumone whos selling neuspeed lowering springs that are 2.75 inches drop has anybody had them wut wud i expect? btw there only 70 dollars lol

ye but 2.75 is a little to low for me i dont want to have to take them off in the winter u know

they make a spring that low? i thought the lowest they did was the neuspeed RACE spring which is 2.25f, 2.0r.

unless he's talking about some crazy amount of sag... which might explain the price

ye thats wut i thought because i read a post b4 about the neuspeed springs and they were 2.25 int he front and 2 in the rear but he says there only a month old does anyone knows the spring rating on them?>

so what would cause the springs to sag is there any way i can check that when i buy them?

nothing and no. but sagging does indicate age, so sounds like this guy is trying to take you for a ride y0. I mean these springs generally take a year or two to 'settle' to their intended height. so if he has no reciept... it's likely the springs are pretty old. but for $70... its ok.

unless they were cut.

well he said there only a month old he had them on kyb shocks but he bought omni coils i think. i guees ill just ask to see the receipt.and so like after a year or 2 they become at the proper height?

well Neuspeed was originally rated at 2.5 inch drop, but that was including sagging, so ppl complained it didn't drop their car 2.5 inches right off the bat, so they changed their drop rating, so now it's 2/2.25 initially, but it settles closer to 2.5 after a year or two
