MSD Power Cap or ....
Witch one is going to be better for my d16z6?.

MSD Power cap with external coil -> MSD Power Cap

or

Summit tune up kit with upgraded coil. -> Summit Kit


and if I should go with the MSD cap, what Coil should I go with??.

just use oem equivalent stuff...no need for this stuff on your lil 1.6 unless its cheap or free
