Manual Tranny Fuild..

MTF +5 good stuff??

Not sure what i need exactly, but I would like the best stuff I can get..

ive head gm syncromesh does wonders, also have alook at the gm friction modified,

expensive but really good tranny oil, tends not to shear easily by the gears.

alot of honda boys are running gm syncromesh, and its great for quieting down lsd tranny's

i have the oem stuff too.... some people say synthetic oil is best... while other will say its to slippery for syncro's.... i'll trust honda's engineers in what they say i should use

I use Honda MTF... or you can use mineral 10W30.

In my Saturn (its manual) I used Dextron ATF that's what saturnfans.com told me to use
