loss of power at low rpm

ecu code is 1 short, compression, fuel, spark and timing have all been checked and are good, the engine light comes on at different times, sometimes, 5mins sometimes 15 to 20 mins. loss of power at low rpms is in all gears. The 02 sensor is clean looking. I hope I have given enough info.

was it a brand new o2 or a used one? check the wiring from the ecu to the sensor to make sure there is continuity and no ground faults. did you reset your ecu?
